He was predeceased by: his former wife Denise; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his fiancée Barbara Greene; his children, Stacey Smith-Kramer (BJ Kramer) and Daniel G. Smith (Amanda); his grandchildren, Brittany Biller, Morgan Smith (Brian Webber), Jacob Smith and Adam Smith; his brother Douglas Smith (Pamela); and his sister-in-law Patricia Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
