He was predeceased by: his parents, David Dewey McKeand and Marie Warnett McKeand; and his siblings, Judith Badolato and James B. McKeand. He is survived by: his wife Joanne McKeand; his children, Deb McKeand (Shannon Goldman) of Peconic and Dave McKeand (Jeanine McKeand) of Glen Allen, Virginia; his grandson Baylor McKeand; and his sister Sandi Shepis of Yorktown Heights.
