He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Tagliatela (Cassella); and his siblings, Anne Carrano, Josephine D'Amato, Madelyn Bertolini, Edythe Sciarra, Paul, Louis, Rosemary, Mary and Ralph Tagliatela.
He is survived by: his son Attorney Michael Tagliatela.
