It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gloria Capecelatro of Orange, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 99, on April 23, 2024. She was predeceased by : her husband John L. Capecelatro; her parents, Peter Aldo and Carolyn Aldo (Kuhnast) of Milford; her brothers, Vincent and Lee Aldo (Marie); and her sister-in-law Elaine.

She is survived by : her niece Mary Lee Capecelatro; her children, Richard Capecelatro (Diane) of Orange and Carol Traester (William) of Simsbury; her grandchildren, Mary Traester of California, Eric Traester (Elizabeth) of East Haven, Kevin Capecelatro (Jeanine) of Orange, Michael Capecelatro (Jessica) of Oregon and Robert Capecelatro (Rebecca) of Orange; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Julia and Nicholas Capecelatro of Orange. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Infant Church (450 Racebrook Rd, Orange, CT 06477). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Saint Lawrence Cemetery (280 Derby Ave, West Haven, CT 06516).

Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Infant Church (Gloria Capecelatro Memorial) or the Orange Visiting Nurse Association, 605 Center Rd., Orange.
