He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J Waters and Margaret Waters (Lehaney); his brothers, Joseph M. Waters (Joe) and Paul J. Waters; his parents-in-law, Nicholas and Rose Cusano (DeMeglio); and his friend Mike DiVincenzo.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Waters (Cusano); his children, Robert M Waters (Judy) of Orange, Lisa Fusco (Rob) of Stratford and Kristen Ignatowski (Tom) of Milford; his grandchildren, Heather Murray (Tim), Patrick Waters (Celia), Justin Mancini (Alyssa), Nicholas Fusco (Savanna), Haley Fusco, Tyler Ignatowski, Kiersten Ignatowski and Ryan Ignatowski; his siblings-in-law, Mary Kinney of Waltham, MA, Marge Kuhar of Venice Florida and John Cusano (Karen) of Tucson, AZ.; and his friend Sharon DiVincenzo of Orange. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
