He is survived by : his wife Sharon Ann Magera-Gunter of Orange; his daughter Shante Gunter-Gray (Gregory) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Sheldon Gunter, Roland, Gunter, Jr., Saibra, Saige and Heaven; and his brother Woodrow Gunter (MaryLou). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
