She was predeceased by: her parents, Tatiana Spivak (Zelum) and Timothy Spivak; her husband Vladimir; and her siblings, John, Michael Spivak, Mary Bankert, Helen Klanko Graziano, Ann Deren, Julie Martin and Annette DiMauro.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Ralph Tilquist and JoElle Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
