The memory of John Broas of Oxford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 21, 2026 at the age of 71, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Broas and Grace Broas (Hannon); his brother Bill Broas; and his cousins, Tara Troy Gambardella and Denise Szetela.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Broas (Siena); his sons, Matthew (Ana Guillet) of Oxford, William of Oxford and Jonathan of Oxford; his sisters-in-law, Mary of Danbury, Lucille of Danbury and Patricia of Danbury; his nephew Christopher (Sarah); his brothers-in-law, Michael and Peter (Amy); and his cousin Carol. He is also survived by his wife and sons, he leaves behind sisters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home (161 W Church St, Seymour, CT 06483). Please wear a mask if you are not feeling well.
