He was predeceased by: his brothers, James and Joel DiBiaso. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Elizabeth Flynn (David) of Glastonbury, John C. DiBiaso of Aiken, Kenneth R. DiBiaso (Tammy) of Chesapeake, VA and Kathleen Herde (Dave) of Oxford; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Samantha, Travis, Anthony, Katherine and Evan.
