She was predeceased by: her brothers, John and Thomas O'Connell; Howard and Lillian O'Connell (Marsh). She is survived by: her brother Michael O'Connell (Nancy Rogers) of Oxford.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home (161 W Church St, Seymour, CT 06483). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (733 Oxford Rd, Oxford, CT 06478). A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Southford Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kathleen's name can be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Church.
