He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Oczkowski and Agnes Oczkowski (Prokop); and his siblings, Edward Oczkowski Jr. and Susan Oczkowski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Kozak); his sons, Matthew Oczkowski (Molly) and Lukas Oczkowski (Alexa); his grandchildren, Milena and Charles; and his sisters, Debra Oczkowski and Katherine Gramolini (Gordon). He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home (161 W Church St, Seymour, CT 06483). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (733 Oxford Rd, Oxford, CT 06478).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mark's name can be made to the Oxford Ambulance Assoc. or Oxford Center Fire Dept.
