He was predeceased by: his parents, John Violano and Wilhelmina Violano (DeTullio); his in-laws, Wendel and Grace Seyler; his grandson Brandon Giordano; his siblings, Joe Violano, John Violano Sally Kearney and Margaret Perley; his siblings' children, Cindy Pisani and David Seyler; and his son William D. Violano Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Diane Lucas, Kim Wargo (Tom) and Steven Violano; his daughter-in-law Beth Violano; his siblings, Dominic Violano (Pat), Robert Violano (Joyce), Ruth Ann Pisani, Richard (Ruth Chandler) and Wendel (Edith Seyler Jr.); and his grandchildren, Angela Borrelli, Elizabeth Souza (Eric), Melissa Valentino (Louis), David Borrelli, Jennifer Culver (Rich), Joanna Lucas, Chase Violano and Ryan DiCamillo (Liliana).
