He is survived by: his wife Joanne Cawley (Fontneau); his children, Janette Cawley, James, Joseph and Daniel Cawley; his grandchildren, Patrick, Declan Cawley and Teagan Cawley; his stepgrandsons, Phineas, Elijah, Julian and Me'Khai Sullivan; his children-in-law, Generosa, Jessica Cawley and Mark Duplisea; and his siblings, Theresa Borysewicz, Mary Gillis, Ethel Rogers, Margaret Pellegrino, Elizabeth Hambidge, James, Jack, Charles and Edward Cawley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (32 E Main St, Mystic, CT 06355).
