He is survived by: his wife Judith Hayes (Kulas); his daughters, Kathy Hayes Scotto (Mike) and Allison Hayes Kovalcik (Andy); his grandchildren, Michael Scotto (Jackie), Kristine Scotto Floyd (Mike), Kelly Kovalcik, Christopher Kovalcik and Kyle Kovalcik; his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Michael and Ava; and his stepsons, Joseph Wagner and Robert Wagner (Michaela). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
