He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Membrino Sr. and Antoinette Membrino (Sacco); and his siblings, Gloria Mencio, Ralph Membrino, Joseph Membrino, Francis "Bucky" Membrino and Daniel Membrino.

He is survived by: his wife Sally Membrino; his children, Marty Membrino, Tony Membrino (Lolita), Tommy Membrino (Dee) and Cheryl Membrino; his grandchildren, Kara Membrino (Collin Bisson), Shannon Salva (Nick), Tony Membrino (Andrea), Mark Membrino (Jenna) and Tommy Membrino (Jillian); and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Colton, Cameron, Alessia and Aria. He is also survived by his family and friends.
