He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Cybowicz and Wladyslaw Kozlowski. He is survived by: his wife Helena Rusiniak; and his children, Elizabeth Tudor (Mircea), Kristina Athaide (Glenn), Margaret Zalewski (Andrzej) and Tommy Kozlowski (Jennifer).
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes (332 Burritt St, New Britain, CT 06053). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (31 Biruta St, New Britain, CT 06053).
