He was predeceased by : his wife Arlene Osuch (Zaiko); his parents, Stefan Osuch and Pauline Osuch (Grozik); and his sister Ayn Osuch. He is survived by : his son Timothy J.; his daughter-in-law Donna Osuch of Bristol; his daughter Melanie Osuch of Plainville; and his grandsons, Nicholas and Christopher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
