He is survived by: his mother Karen Gallagher of Southington, CT; his daughters, Rileigh Kaine and Delaney Carolynn of Plainville, CT; his family Kevin; his wife Kristina Gallagher (Gembala); his sister Emily of Boston, MA; his siblings-in-law, Raymond, Elaine Gembala of West Hartford, CT, Jennifer Otte (Gembala) and Jonathan Otte of West Hartford, CT; his grandmother Alice Skrzpiec of Southington, CT; and his close friend Kevin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
