Lori touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Lori’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Forbotnick and Maryann Forbotnick (Dagata). She is survived by: her husband Christopher Keller; her children, Sara and Chris; her siblings, Bob Forbotnick, Jay Forbotnick and Lisa Lopez; and her pet Suki. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Plainville Funeral Home (81 Broad St, Plainville, CT 06062). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
