She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Bekelian and Siranoush Bekelian. She is survived by: her son Georgiy Melkonyan (Roza Sogomonyan); her sister Kenarig Zamgochian; and her grandchildren, Hogob Melkonyan and Andranik Melkonyan. She is also survived by five nephews and two nieces.
