He was predeceased by: his wife Dolly Bell; his parents, Christopher Bell and Winona Bell; and his daughter Pauline Bell. He is survived by: his sons, James Bell (Gale) of Granby, Michael Bell (Sharon) of Cedar Park and Joseph Bell of Vernon; and his close friend Ellie Miranda of Plainville. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations in Paul's memory may be made to the American Legion or the American Diabetes Association.
