He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert LaBarre and Marlena LaBarre (Symolon); his son Jeffrey LaBarre; and his brothers, Richard, Matthew and Thomas LaBarre.
He is survived by: his children, Robert "Sonny" LaBarre, Jr. of Enfield, Doreen Balimidi (Hari) of Wethersfield, Toni Nowak of Cromwell, Kelley Vieira (Albert) of East Hampton and Lisa LaBarre (Ricky Colasanti) of Berlin; his grandchildren, Sam Finocchiaro (Todd McGehan), James Nowak, Jr., Caitie Hursty (Jim), Jessica Nowak, Jason LaBarre (Cassandra), Rick Finocchiaro, Melissa Nowak (Donnie Travaglin), Michael LaBarre, Robert LaBarre, Chris Piaskowski and Benjamin Piaskowski; his siblings, Betty Rogers of Southington, Paul LaBarre of Plainville, Leo LaBarre (Yvonne) of Venice, James LaBarre (Carol) of Enfield and Dennis LaBarre (Diane) of Southington; and the mother of his children Helen LaBarre of New Britain. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
