With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Benedict J. Vasnes (Plymouth, Connecticut), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 16, 2024 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict F. Vasnes and Stella Vasnes (Biernacki); his significant other Sharon Vasnes (Steinbrecher); his brother George Bobola; and his brother-in-law Howard Hoadley Jr..
He is survived by: his sisters, Beverly Hoadly of Terryville and Juliana Roy of Boiling Springs, SC; his cousins, Carol (Woznis), Duksa (late Duke) and Barbara Andrews (Ray); his nephews, Howard Hoadley (Rebecca), Darrin Hoadley (Brenda) and Eric Hoadley; his siblings-in-law, John and Michelle Steinbrecher; his nephew John E. Steinbrecher; and his niece Heather DelRossi (Terry). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
