He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Walters and Catherine Walters (Scanlon). He is survived by: his wife Carol Walters (Parker); his brother Hugh Walters of Waterbury; his pets, Kody and Milo; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Seguin and David Parker; his nieces, Aly, Brina and Nica; and his great-nephew Luka.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at 866 Thomaston Rd, Watertown, CT 06795.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Bill's honor to: Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center 1075 Chase Parkway.
