He is survived by: his wife Carol Walters (Parker); his brother Hugh Walters of Waterbury; his pets, Kody and Milo; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Seguin and David Parker; his nieces, Aly, Brina and Nica; and his great-nephew Luka.
