She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian V. Monarca (Morgan) and Rose Marie Monarca (Annino); her husband Jack (John); and her brothers, Sal M. Monarca, Pat (Joe Regan) and Kay Rosano (Bernie McCormack).
She is survived by: her children, Michael McCormack, J. Robert McCormack (Cris) and Rose Mazzarella (Mike) of Portland, CT.; her grandchildren, Matthew McCormack (Lindsay), Lauren McCormack (Lauren), Kevin, Cara McCormack, Michael Mazzarella (Jessica) and Allison Mazzarella (Andrew Harris); and her sisters, Donna Golub (Rich) and Louise McCormack. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
