She was predeceased by: her parents, August Dijer and Wanda Dijer (Fritz); her husband Peter Bleeker; and her siblings, Otto Dijer and Ellie Klisowski.
She is survived by: her children, Petrus Bleeker (Laurie) of East Hampton, Chris W. Bleeker (Rebecca) of Rhode Island and Sonya Duquette of Georgia; her brother Helmut Dijer (Rose) of East Hampton; her grandchildren, Emery Duquette, Alana Clark (Geoff) and Rebecca Pike (Stephen); and her great grandchildren, Blakely Clark and Colton Pike.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spencer Funeral Home (112 Main St, East Hampton, CT 06424). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Swedish Cemetery.
