She was predeceased by: her father Miguel Betances. She is survived by: her mother Salvadora Montalvo of Puerto Rico; her siblings, Rafael Betances (Berkis) of New York, Carlos Betances (Gracie) of Florida, Salvador Pagan of New York, Catalina "Tata" Betances (Pucho) of Puerto Rico, Angie Morales of Puerto Rico and Nuri Morales; her children, Alberto, Jesus and Barbara Jimenez; her grandchildren, Elimarie, Tiana, Ariana and Angel; and her goddaughter Millie Betances-Noboa. She is also survived by many other godchildren's, cousins, nieces and nephews.
