She is survived by: her son Arthur A. Smith; her nieces, Earlene Grant, Kathryn Smith, Rosalyn Perry, Laura Gaston, Sophronia Smith, Vanessa Burks and Nancy Smith; and her nephew Ernest Smith (Margaret Hodges) of Cromwell.
