She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lebuis and Antonina Lebuis (Miercejewski); her husband John Slaga; and her siblings, Genevieve Rozanski, Marion, Victor, Stanley and Caesar Lebuis.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Thackston (David) of Preston, Mark Slaga (Donna) of Canterbury and Randy Slaga (Lisa) of Yantic. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
