He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmine Moffo, Sr. and Rita Moffo (Cricchi); his brothers, John Moffo, Sr. and Joseph Moffo, Sr.; and his son Carmine Moffo III.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Moffo; his daughters, Allyson Moffo (Anthony Varrone) of Waterbury and Amy Moffo of Meriden; his grandchildren, Melyssa Strilickis of Cheshire, Alexandra Fazzino of Deep River, Luigi Fazzino of Higganum, Michela Blake of Wolcott and Courtney Varrone of Waterbury; and his great grandchild Lainey Woodkte.
