Lorraine M. Phelps Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2024, at the age of 71, Lorraine M. Phelps of Prospect, Connecticut, born in Norwell, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Philip Sylvester and Irene Sylvester (Landry). She is survived by : her husband Wayne C. Phelps; her daughters, Jacqueline Hartmann (Philip) of Meriden and Rebekah Paredes (Joel) of Lincolnville, ME; and her grandchildren, Shawn and Katelyn Dobreski.
