With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert A. Monroe of Prospect, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack A. Monroe and Grace D. Monroe (Hullstrunk); his daughters, Brittany Fanton (Jason) of Naugatuck and Carrie Monroe; his grandchildren, Raymond and Riley; and his sisters, June Rivera of Naugatuck, Holly Demers of Prospect and Pennie Monroe of Prospect. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
