We announce the death of Adele R. Staplins of Putnam, Connecticut, who passed away on June 17, 2026, at the age of 90. She is survived by: her children, James J. Staplins (Darlene) of Pomfret Center, CT and Denise Staplins of Coventry, CT; her grandchildren, Eric Staplins (Lindsey) of Pomfret Center, CT, Amanda Bernard (Daryl) of Thompson, CT, Angela Dipasqual (Josh) of Pomfret Center, CT and Andrea Bernier of Chaplin, CT; her great grandchildren, Savana, Axton, MacKenzie and Ryder; her sister Lucille Dumas; her niece Cheryl Stadig; and her nephew Dale Dumas.
