It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara M. Williams (Putnam, Connecticut), born in Nyack, New York, who passed away on March 21, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Neal F. Williams; her parents, Arthur Mathsen and Mildred Mathsen (Conklin); and her child Peter J. Williams. She is survived by: her children, Charles A. Williams of Putnam, Richard F. Williams of Norwich, Michael J. Williams (Amy) of Putnam, Steven G. Williams (Gloria) of Norwich, Christopher M. Williams (Diana) of Danielson and Annemarie A. Cutler (Russell) of East Putnam; her siblings, Gordon Mathsen of Hawley, PA and Millicent Diffenbach of Hawley, PA; and her child Kathleen P. Williams. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

“My deepest condolences to the williams family Barbara was a wonderful woman she will always be loved and remembered I had the privilege to know Barbara for 12 years she was always there for everyone a shoulder to cry on and a ear to listen to and to give you advice whether you were right or wrong she supported you in every way . She also loved jehovah whole heartedly and I was able to know him thru barbara and I thank her for wanting me to have everlasting life in paradise with her. I will miss her deeply and hopefully i can see her in the new system i know she will be there . I love you barbara you will always be my mumsey!”
