He was predeceased by: his parents, Raynie Benoit and Gladys Benoit (Hoffman); his sister Joyce Leclerc; and his siblings-in-law, James Leclerc and Nancy Benoit.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Benoit; his children, Derek (Carol Benoit), Douglas Benoit of Jewett City, CT, David (Gemma Benoit) and Dawn (Pete Chmura); his grandchildren, Gregory Benoit of Vernon, CT and Lauren Benoit of Land O' Lakes, FL; and his brothers, Douglas, Claire Benoit of Richmond, ME and Stephen Benoit of Quinebaug, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
