He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Ouellette (Mailloux); and his parents, Joseph Ouellette and Mary Jean Ouellette (Lavigne). He is survived by: his children, Joseph Ouellette (Tara) of Thompson, CT, Peter Ouellette of Hartford, CT, Patricia Evans (Greg) of Putnam, CT, Linda Pasay (Christopher) of Putnam, CT and Alma McMerriman (John) of Brooklyn, CT. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
