Marilyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Walter J. Smith and Jason Hopkins, Jr.; her parents, Evelyn L. Colwell (Bishop) and Frank W. Colwell of Greenville; and her daughter Holly Hanson.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Lambert (Mike) of Putnam, CT, Wendy Stenhouse (Mike) of Cranston and Walter Smith (Renee) of Plainfield, CT; her grandchildren, Jared Arnold, Jennifer Arnold, Neil Slader (Maggie) and Dylan Hanson; her great grandchild Reagan; and her siblings, Lois Kemp of Westerly and Bruce Kettelle of Maryland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as a whole "crew" of cousins and friends.
