He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Roy and Alice Roy (Cyr); and his brothers, Wilfred Roy, Jr., James Roy and Francis Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Roy (Beaudreault); his daughter Christine M. Roy of Putnam; and his sisters, Karen Duquette of Putnam, Evelyn Preston of Putnam and Eunice Durand.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Munyan Cemetery (168 Munyan Rd, Putnam, CT 06260).
