He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Hathaway and Rita J. Hathaway (Collett); and his brother William Glen Hathaway. He is survived by: his spouse Kim-Laurie L. Thayer; his stepchildren, Corey Trotter of Webster, MA, Tye Trotter of Danielson, Tracy Hammerschmidt of Falls Church, VA, Tessie Reggio of Braintree, MA and Codi Trotter of Putnam; and his siblings, John Hathaway of Binghamton, Jim Hathaway of Spencer, MA, Judith Thornton of Worcester and Patti-Jo Reynolds of Depew, NY. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
