Ross leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Ross’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ross will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his father Donald Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Johnson of Brooklyn; his children, Christopher Johnson of Putnam and Chelsea Bergeron (Randy) of Woodstock; his sister Brenda Laprade (Jim) of Eastford; and his grandchildren, Cole Bergeron, Maggie Johnson, Callan Johnson, Reese Bergeron and Riley Bergeron.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Putnam Elks (64 Edmond St, Putnam, CT 06260).
