He is survived by: his children, James Harold Carter II and Johonna Erin Carter; his wife Tina Carter (Kydd); his daughter-in-law Shannon Carter; and his siblings, Jennifer Johnson, Scott Carter and Todd Carter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
