With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Vinton Scribner of Quaker Hill, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 23, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Vinton Scribner and Sophie Scribner; his siblings, Martha Casidy of Colchester and Guy Scribner of Waterford, CT.; his siblings' children, Megan Kahn, Dale Casidy and Roland Allen; and his caregiver Donna Thivierge.
