She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gartner and Frieda Gartner; and her husband Ray L. Saunders. She is survived by: her children, Robert (Debra), Scott (Andrea), Amy, Tracy (Dennis Burkhart) and Timothy (Gina); her sister Adrienne; her grandchildren, Jessica (Kyle Flynn), Joshua, Rachel (Tom Catalano), Amanda (Amber Capwen), Randi, Elizabeth (Shane Farrell), Lauren (Ben Call), Emily and Abigail; and her great grandchildren, Sean, Brayden, Kylie, Lucas, Ella, Jacob and Maia.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Temple Beth-El (118 S Grand Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society or your local animal shelter in Cindi's memory.
