He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neary and Mary Neary (Mullin); and his siblings, Bonnie O'Hara, William Neary and Marguerite Goetz.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Neary (O'Neil); his children, David G. Neary (Theresa), Christian M. Neary (Amy), Mary E. LeCarff (Philippe) and Steven Neary; his grandchildren, David P. Neary, Anne Haines (Steven), Caitlin Neary, Madeline Neary, Aidan Neary, Brynn Neary, Maeve Neary, Margarid LeCarff, Anna LeCarff, Tudwal LeCarff, Padrig LeCarff (William J. Neary) and Cora Blaise Haines; and his siblings, Christine Bonnell, Mary Doherty and Douglas Neary. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
