He was predeceased by: his parents, Adele Palmer (Wigley) and Theodore R. Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Carla Palmer (Pribanic); his daughters, Rachael Inzitari (Michael), Hattie Acampora (Geoffrey) and Anna Palmer; his grandsons, Ryan and Kyle Inzitari; and his brother Ted Palmer. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and countless loyal friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dave's memory to the Yale New Haven Health Smilow Cancer Center.
