He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Sebastian and Mary Fragomene Caruso; and his brothers, Michael, Vincent and Peter Caruso.
He is survived by : his wife Anna Oliverio; his children, Mary Rose Cherrone (Michael), Angela McGowan (Stephen), Thomas Caruso and Stephanie Caruso (Allen); his grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, Lauren and Danielle McGowan; his children, Andrew, Nicole Cherrone, Abigail, Isabella, Vincent Caruso, Ferdinand and Dante Sawyer; and his sister Angela Romano. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Fred's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
