He was predeceased by: his father Guido. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matthew, Trevor, Kate, Gabe, Anna, Luca and Ava; his siblings, Gabe, Ida, John, Richard and Mary Lou; his wife Toni Calder Maiolo; his children, Christine Maiolo Gardiner, Mike and Brian Maiolo; and his brother Al Maiolo (Maiolo). He is also survived by his children's and grandkid's spouses.
