He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James O'Toole and Patricia O'Toole (Boyle); and his sister Crissy. He is survived by: his siblings, Katie O'Toole, Molly Riordan and Ted; his siblings-in-law, Brian Riordan and Alexandra Clapes O'Toole; his friend Lorena Pelder; and his siblings' children, Ella, Max, Lily Oudekerk, Zackary, Theodore O'Toole, Cian, Guinevere, Rowan, Torin Riordan, Eleanore and Emma O'Toole. He is also survived by cousins, Aunts, and Uncles.
