He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Ramirez and Estela Rowland Ramirez; his sister Ruby (Corpus Christi); and his son Joseph Arthur (Cristina). He is survived by: his teacher Betty Porter; his wife Sylvia Lozano of Anthony's Catholic Church; his children, Torrejón, San Antonio, Basking Ridge, Greensboro, Morristown, Sylvia Carin (Anthony), Katherine Stacey and Rita Aleene (Tom); his grandchildren, Diego, Felipe, Courtney, Ben and Leo; and his siblings, Arthur (Cloverine Salve) and Marilu.
