Julia will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Though Julia is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Julia’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer A. E. Blackwell and Julia Corson Blackwell; and her daughter Kimberleigh McKellop Smith. She is survived by: her children, Heather McKellop Chagaris and Keith B. McKellop. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren plus many friends.
